“What happens on the day of service?”

  • We will arrive promptly at the scheduled time

  • Any questions or concerns will be addressed

  • Screens will be removed and cleaned

  • Typically, Erica cleans the interior of the windows
    while Justin cleans the exterior

  • We maintain a tight, clean work area; managing equipment close to the truck and protecting your home by wearing shoe covers and using drop cloths

  • We use professional-grade tools, squeegees and hand-mops with a simple, water-based solution: no harsh chemicals

  • Once the windows are clean, screens will be replaced

  • Then we will perform a spot-check on the windows and a walk-around of the property so we don’t leave anything behind
